I took these photos in the Copenhagen Carnival of 2011. It was one of my first tries at documentary work. My friends of Caporales DK asked me to do it for their Facebook. I still look back at it often. It reminds me why I love taking pictures of people and joy.
These shots are old, but the feeling is still fresh. What started as quick, honest moments became my style. Now I focus on people, mood, and real life. I’m sharing this not to look back, but to show that I’ve always had an eye for stories.
